Experience shows that adult learners long for such quiet, relaxing moments which are, for most of them, the only time in the entire day they have for themselves. Only after a few days of this practice, learners are “hooked” and are looking forward to begin their day away from stress and burdens. And your days are stress less and joyful! Believe me, it works.

How to create a calm and learning conducive class environment? Continuity is the magic answer! Senator Obama requested Self-Esteem Tools information

Senator Obama requested the Self-Esteem project information from Anke Otto-Wolf and said that “Our kids deserve a better chance at every level –from preschool and summer school, to high school and college. Last year, I introduced the Innovation Districts for School Improvement Act, which provides grants to school systems that draft detailed plans for broad reforms at the district level.” Anke Otto-Wolf is the creator of Self-Esteem Tools for Teachers and the initiator of the Self-Esteem in Schools campaign to be launched mid August.

“The teacher is the most important factor in successfully educating our children, and we need to give our teachers everything they need to succeed,” Senator Obama wrote. The Self-Esteem Tools for Teachers is the expert website and the answer to this call for support of our Teachers. Teachers need to be able to do what they really love to do: teach and educate our children.

The Self-Esteem Tool for Teachers Project includes much more than just classroom material; Otto-Wolf, a teachers herself, has recognized that THE most pressing task on hand begins by trying to change the mindset of society, and make education a vital and joyful part of growing up. Therefore, she includes the ‘trickle down effect’ and suggests that the change starts at the school district level; and then, teachers and principals, students and parents will participate in that change as well.

Otto-Wolf believes that Self-Esteem is the most underrated solution to increasing school attendance and decreasing violence; i.e., if the bully would have high self-esteem, the bully would not be bullying.
